WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
Courier deliveries are made across all Sydney Metro areas. For areas outside the delivery zone, please contact us for further details. WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?
Deliveries are made on Monday to Saturday *excluding public holidays, between the hours of 9am to 7pm. We offer morning delivery from 9am - 1pm - this can be selected at checkout.   
DO YOU DELIVER TO MY WORKPLACE?
Yes we do! If you are expecting an order at your workplace, please ensure that the relevant details are noted on the *additional delivery instruction section specified when placing the order including the name of the business, unit/level number, if delivery is to be left at reception, loading dock or concierge and any other important building access information. 
DO YOU DELIVER INTERSTATE?
Not at the moment, although we are working on it.
HOW DO I STORE MY DESSERTS?

To keep me fresh put me in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature or refrigerate for 7 days.

HOW DO I SERVE MY DESSERTS?
Microwave for 15-20 seconds or put in oven for 8 minutes at 180 °C for an irresistibly rich and intense experience.
DO OUR DESSERTS CONTAIN ALLERGENS?
Yes, all brownies contain/ may contain traces of Dairy, Gluten, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Eggs, Soy and  Sulphates.
CAN I PLACE A LAST MINUTE ORDER?
Yes, we offer next day delivery on selected products. Please note the order must be placed before 4pm to qualify for next day delivery. If you need same day delivery please email hello@justbrownies.com.au
CAN I SEND YOUR PRODUCTS AS A GIFT?
Yes, definitely! Please specify this in the *delivery instructions (optional) of delivery information and add in the recipient's name and address when finalising your order.
WHAT IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME OR UNABLE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY?

We recommend that someone is home when delivery is made as our product is a perishable item. If you're not home, package/s will be left in a safe place unless specific instructions are provided in the delivery description or if no instructions are provided. We take no responsibility if the package is lost once it arrives. If the delivery driver cannot get a hold of the recipient, a re-delivery fee may occur.

DO YOU OFFER BULK, WHOLESALE OR CORPORATE ORDERING?
We offer discounted prices for wholesale, bulk and corporate orders. If you would like to stock our brownies in your cafe or to place a bulk or re occurring order please email us at hello@justbrownies.com.au
